
Senior Community Manager (2013 – 2015)
With the promotion to a senior role, I took on leadership responsibilities for content creation and strategy with Heinz Canada to oversee key initiatives and support brand engagement. My position not only involved crafting compelling content but also repairing a previously strained client relationship to ensure continued collaboration.
For this role, key contributions and responsibilities are highlighted below.
Content Creation
- Led the strategic development and execution of content for Heinz Canada’s digital channels, including Heinz Baby, Smart Ones, Renée’s, and Diana Sauce.
Leadership
- Played a lead role in strengthening Heinz Canada’s relationship with BAM by reestablishing trust and consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Analyzed report data to provide actionable insights and refine content strategies on a monthly basis.
Community Moderation/Customer Support
- Managed community engagement and customer support for multiple brand Facebook accounts to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and address concerns with care.
Blogger Outreach
- Identified and partnered with influential bloggers to create authentic content that increased visibility and sparked conversations around Heinz Baby products.
